WebStructureForge, registered at Calle Abogado Gallardo, 12, 28011 Madrid, Madrid, Spain, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data collected through our platform, services, and digital interfaces.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), personal contact data submitted via our consultation forms, project inquiry consoles, or direct correspondence is processed exclusively for the purposes of client communication, project delivery, service improvement, and statutory tax reporting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party data brokers or marketing agencies. All personal data is securely stored within encrypted, EU-hosted cloud infrastructure in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 information security management standards.

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, port, or erase your personal data at any time by contacting our data protection officer at [email protected]. We will respond to all data subject requests within 30 days as required by applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated processing purpose or to comply with legal retention requirements. Upon expiration of the retention period, data is securely anonymized or permanently deleted from all active and backup storage systems.

All digital services, software deliverables, and engineering advisory packages provided by WebStructureForge are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and WebStructureForge.

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, WebStructureForge assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, source code, relational schemas, deployment configurations, and associated digital assets directly to the Client.

WebStructureForge retains no ongoing license claims, royalty interests, or usage restrictions over completed deliverables once full payment has been received and confirmed. The Client assumes full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and security of delivered systems post-handover.

Project timelines provided in proposals are estimates based on typical scope complexity. Delays caused by Client-side feedback cycles, third-party service dependencies, or scope changes requested after SOW approval may extend the original delivery schedule proportionally.

Either party may terminate a Statement of Work with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, WebStructureForge will deliver all completed work-in-progress and provide a proportional invoice for work completed up to the termination date.
